Environmental Risk Assessment
 

You should now have a good idea of what is meant by 'risk', the possible impacts arising from work, and what the law has to say about them. You now have enough information to 'assess' the environmental risks.

This involves first looking at the significance of any impacts and the likelihood of them happening.
