What is your role and their role in the organisation/ process?

Who can help you?

If you intend to start to introduce any sort of change, some people will be concerned. How might this be? Why will they be concerned? What can you do about it?

Environmental change is no different. Some people's skills may be overlooked others may be encouraged. You may need to check out what your colleagues may feel about that. There are three places to check out.
