Activities 1.6

The SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) Analysis is for you to work out the state and potential of your organisation for environmental improvement

Task 1 requires you to look how each of the main drivers for environmental improvement may affect your organisation. They may develop strengths or expose weaknesses. Environmental improvements may pose threats or provide opportunities in the future.

Based on the descriptions you gave in Activity 1.5, you have to analyse how your organisation would fare if it made environmental improvements

Task 2 asks you to evaluate the most likely strenghs, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, so that you can make the best use of available resources.
