Do you want to promote sustainable development at work?

We often hear the word "sustainable", and it seems to have different meanings to different people. To some it means "everything must change", while to others it means "carry on the same".

We want to help people at work develop the learning and skills to promote more sustainable development in their organisations - developments that benefit people and the planet.

While managers have the main responsibility, they want to be able to allocate roles to others.

Our programme is devised to be most useful for these "others" - people at work who have some responsibility and the freedom to move around. This includes supervisors, team leaders, union reps, skilled workers and technicians. graphic: Sus Develepment

Employees at this vocational level (UK level 3 - Advanced) can be expected to carry out quite complex activities. Our e-learning programme provides materials and activities that can be completed online or while at work and help promote sustainable development.

On completion of this programme people will be able to:

  • Promote sustainable development

  • Evaluate performance of organisations

  • Develop tools of analysis

  • Use indicators of sustainable development

  • Work in partnership
