Continuous Improvement Issues

Continuous Improvement means you improve each year on your previous Assessment regarding your production site. The assessment measures against the Co-operative Group's Code and highlights where improvements need to be made. The Action Plan assists you in setting targets, responsibilities, resources and deadlines so that you can monitor your own improvements. However, the Co-operative Group wants to work in partnership with you, their suppliers, on these issues and so you should feel free to email us with proposed improvements with the Co-operative Group.
