Go to the word document on your computer you wish to copy into click in the document where you want the text to be, select PASTE from your drop down EDIT menu.

-save my submission record?

When you are completing the Assessment questions, you are asked to put your score into a spreadsheet called Submission Record. This is provided for you, click the link and your computer will bring the blank record up in excel. Enter your score, go to file on your computer and click SAVE. Do not change the name of the file, or save to a differrent folder. This record is now saved in your temporary internet folders and can be retrieved each time you click in the programme's Assessments or Action Plans in order to add more of your scores and information.

WHAT IS THIS:

- words underlined in blue?

These are links to other information. This may be to an internal link within the programme, or to a web site outside the programme we feel you would benefit from the further information. If you hold your mouse over the link for a moment a small box will appear that tells you where the link is going to.

- I dont see any pictures - just blank boxes?

This is probably the way your computer reads information - if you put your mouse over the blank box a message will appear that will tell you what the graphic is and whether it is also a link to other information. On clicking you will still be able to go to any links behind the graphics.
