Child labour
The Law The minimum working age is 16 throughout China. Young workers (between the ages of 16 and 18) must: -be registered with the local labour department -not do hazardous work -have regular physical examinations -not work between 10pm and 6am. This means that: No worker in the production site should be under 16. If there are any workers under 16, you should discuss the best way forward with the Co-operative Group.
