中国的法定最低工作年龄是16岁。

年轻工人(16岁到18岁之间)必须:

到当地劳动部门注册

不从事危险的工作

定期接受体检

不在晚上10点以后到早上6点以前工作。

这意味着:

工厂里不应该出现16岁以下的工人。

如果出现任何16岁以下的工人,您应该与CO-OP集团协商得到最好的解决办法。

在任何情况下您都不能解雇儿童。

如果您使用年龄在16到18岁的工人,您必须保证他们:

已经在本地劳动部门注册

不从事危险的工作

定期接受体检

不在晚上10点以后到早上6点以前工作

上学(接受学校教育)

The Law

The minimum working age is 16 throughout China.

Young workers (between the ages of 16 and 18) must:

-be registered with the local labour department

-not do hazardous work

-have regular physical examinations

-not work between 10pm and 6am.

This means that:

No worker in the production site should be under 16.

If there are any workers under 16, you should discuss the best way forward with the Co-operative Group.

Under no circumstances should you dismiss the child.

If you have workers between the ages of 16 and 18, you must ensure that they:

-are registered with local labour department
-do not do hazardous work
-have regular physical examinations
-do not work between 10pm and 6am
-attend school
