Use this checklist to ensure you have completed your  Continual Improvement Assessment and Plans:

Completed assessment for each criteria

Printed and stored assessments in a safe place

Submitted assessments

Selected problem questions from criterion in your plans

Completed plans to tackle some of these problems within the next three months

Printed and stored your plans in a safe place

Submitted your continual improvement assessment demonstrating where you will be making improvements within the next three (3) months.

Remember to keep a copy of all your responses in a safe place, as you will need these in future.

You will need your plans to demonstrate continuous improvement from now on.

Your assessments will be viewed by the Co-operative Group, and you may be asked for further details about particular issues.

When you have made improvements return to the criteria and re-assess your situation. Subsequent submissions will demonstrate where improvements have been made
