基本生活工资
CO-OP集团的《按照道德规范采购行为准则》 CO-OP集团期望其供应商按照“标准工作周”(的小时数)开出工资,至少符合法律或业界最低标准,且取两者中之高者。工资必须满足工人的基本生活需要及一些可供自由支配的收入。 不得以纪律处罚为目的克扣工资。工资应该以现金、支票等工人愿意接受的形式开出。非国家法律规定的克扣都必须经过当事人同意才可以进行。 CO-OP集团鼓励其供应商在雇佣关系发生之前向工人提供易于理解的、书面的雇佣条款,尤其在工资问题上,让他们了解其在有权获得工资阶段(译者注:即雇佣关系发生阶段)的具体细节。

Living Wages To Be Paid
Co-operative Group’s Sound Sourcing Code Co-operative Group (CWS) Limited expects its suppliers to provide wages for a standard working week which are consistent with at least the legal or industry minimum standard, whichever is the higher, and which should be sufficient to meet basic worker needs and provide some discretionary income. Deductions from wages should not be made for disciplinary purposes. Wages should be paid in cash or by cheque in a manner which is acceptable to employees. Any deductions which are not required by National Law should not be made without prior agreement of the employee concerned. Co-operative Group (CWS) Limited encourages its suppliers to provide to its workers written and understandable information about their employment conditions, particularly in respect of wages prior to their employment and about particulars of their wages for the periods concerned when they are paid.
