Decide the main priority for action regarding 'Child Labour'. (You may want to look again at the questions to decide which ones you would have prefered to answer differently.)

Set a target for improvement. Make yor chosen priority into a target. Your target should state specifically what you plan to achieve.

Be SMART! Make sure your target is: Specific: People can relate to a target they understand. Measurable: Measure against your current performance. Agreed: People will participate if they agree with the target. Realistic: - Set a challenging, but achievable target. Trackable: Track all activities that contribute to the target.
