Continuous Improvement means you improve each year on your previous Assessment regarding your production site. The assessment measures against the Co-operative Group's Code and highlights where improvements need to be made. The Action Plan assists you in setting targets, responsibilities, resources and deadlines so that you can monitor your own improvements. The Co-operative Group wants to work in partnership with you, their suppliers, on a process of continuous improvement to raise labour standards in our supply chain. By working together we can make improvements which provide benefits for your business, your workers and to our business.
