Regular Employment Action Plan

Decide the main priority for action regarding 'Regular Employment'. (You may want to look again at the questions to decide which ones you would have prefered to answer differently.)

Set a target for improvement. Make yor chosen priority into a target. Your target should state specifically what you plan to achieve.

Be SMART! Make sure your target is:

Specific: People can relate to a target they understand.

Measurable: Measure against your current performance.

Agreed: People will participate if they agree with the target.

Realistic: - Set a challenging, but achievable target.

Trackable: Track all activities that contribute to the target.

Example of 'Regular Employment' Target

"Discuss with employee represtatives a rule that if a worker has had three temporary contracts in a row, they are offered regular emplyment, within 2 months"

Set a date to achieve target and when it is to be checked.

Make a list of the resources you need e.g. who responsible, labour, outside support, equipment

Enter your target, proposed achievement date and who will be responsible into the "Submit Final Targets".
Save your submission before completing the next Action Plan.
