Action Plan - Background information

After submitting the Assessment for each Criteria, suppliers will create an Action Plan that will be submitted to the Co-op.

This will consist of a list of targets to improve on priority areas for each of the criteria.

As a Supplier you will determine the targets, appropriate to your responses to each critera Assessment, and what you beliee you can achieve.

Targets spell out what is going to be done, and by when.

By having clear visible targets, we can see continual improvements.

The Action Plan sets out what you and your organisation needs to achieve the targets.

The long term aim is to use these targets to measure continual improvements for Sound Sourcing

The Action Plan sets out your targets and what you need to achieve them. You will submit your final Action Plan directly to the Co-operative Database.

This infornmation will be used to encourage suppliers to achieve their targets in order to demonstrate compliance with the Co-operative Group Sound Sourcing Code and to continually improve performance.

The online database will be interogated by Co-operative representatives to check progress and offer help where this may be needed.
