Step 5 Review Assessment
Few places stay the same. New equipment, substances and procedures could lead to new impacts. It makes sense, therefore, to review what you are doing on an ongoing basis. Use the records and plans in Step 4 to check every year or so where you are, to make sure you are still improving, or at least not sliding back.
Are there improvements you still need to make? Have workers any suggestions for improvement Have you learn't anything from complaints or compliances?
Set a review date for this ERA now. Write it down and note it in your diary as an annual event.:
