WHAT

Assess the risk.

The aim of the evaluation is not to come to some scientific truth but to prioritorise action.

Here is a choice of two ways to risk assess.

Use our Matrix to assess a range of risks.

Make three sets of assessments - either physical chemical biological geographic or climatic.

Remember the aim is to come to an assessment of the likelihood and possible severity of the risks, in order to provide the basis for future control, in the next few steps.
