  Bespoke Programmes...

We have produced e-programmes for a range of workplaces, at different levels, each dealing with particular work aspects. We believe that there are generic actions people can take to improve conditions and the environment.
We recognise there may be a specific programme you wish to develop. We will work in partnership with you to design, brand and develop a complete intranet package for your training needs.

We have designed programmes across all levels in organisations for Health & Safety, Environment and Sustainable Development. Visit the samples of work we currently offer and tell us what you need. It may be a simple matter of taking one of our existing programmes and customising it with your organisation’s logo and placing it on your internal server. We could even make arrangements for updating it regularly as your business evolves.

Example of our Bespoke Programmes
WHO
We developed a programme, now called “Workplace Well-being”, for the World Health Organisation European Region “Healthy Workplace” project. This sets out the steps a manager in small workplaces could take to improve the overall health of the workforce and the environment, while making sure that safety regulations were followed. The WHO called it called HESSME - Health, Environment, Safety and Social Management in Enterprises.

The Co-operative Group
EP@W has developed an online edcuational and audit toolkit for the Co-operative Group. This enables suppliers in various parts of the world to demonstrate that they know about and comply with the elements of ethical trading, according to the Ethical Trading Intiative Base Code. (Versions produced for Co-op suppliers for English, Spanish, Chinese speaking countries).

Groundwork Blackburn: Lancashire Business Environment

EP@W customised the Environment Awareness Scheme for Employees (EASE) for Groundwork Blackburn.
This enabled local company members continuous and exclusive use of their own programme.

"For any company serious about the environment then ensuring the workforce is environmentally aware is a must. The EASE programme is focused, simple and flexible. The Lancashire Business Environment Association intend to have 50 member companies complete the programme in the next 12 months. With learning at the learners pace and documentary evidence at the end showing competence in environmental matters systems auditors are bound to be happy. Happy auditors mean peaceful nights."
