Aquatic systems are principal providers of natural resources, and need to be managed as specified below:

Demonstrate that in the production and harvesting of fish populations or other aquatic species, undertake activities in a sustainable manner.

Apply an internationally accepted system of independent certification (eg MSC Certification)

or

Carry out appropriate studies as part of assessment process.
