How our Carbon TOOLKIT lines up alongside
World Business Council for Sustainable Development's Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol

The Protocol sets out "methodologies to business and other organisations to inventory and report all of the GHG emissions they produce". The Protocol is for Company Directors (Vocational Level 5) and Managers (Level 4).

Whereas our Carbon TOOLKIT aims at Managers (VL 4) and Autonomous workers - those free to move round at work, such as supervisors and employee representatives (VL 3). Imagine the GHG Protocol up there, with our Carbon Toolkit in hand to help implement the procedures needed to carry out the Protocol.

Also, we see the Target, not as an end point, but more in the form of an environmental management system, where it is used to help direct action, so we look at the various formas of action that can be taken to achieve the targets..
