3. Look at personnel files: Have you seen that LPs have a robust system for checking workers' right to work?YES NO
4. Have you seen that LPs take and keep a copy of each workers' ID and returns originals to workers? YES NO
5. Can the LP produce documentation, in response to random requests, that each work is legally entitled to work?YES NO
6. Have LPs taken al reasonable steps to ensure workers' documentation is genuine?YES NO
7. Has each worker signed a contract outlining terms & conditions; including rates of pay, notice period & entitlements?YES NO
8. Do workers have a copy of their contract?YES NO
9. Look at payroll & payslips: Do workers receive at least the minimum wage?YES NO
